Each station has been drawn on chip-board (particle board) then cut out with a jig saw, and mounted on frames that has been screwed to the floor (wooden)

The bow plate has been cut out of 9 mm plywood and mounted.
The longitude frame battens will be temporary attached to this plate.
 
There will be a transition from sandwich core laminate to single skin laminate when the hull is attached to this plate.
